Questions about connecting telemetry, your account or a subscription? Contact [email protected]. Include your public user identifier, the page involved and a short description of what happened. Never send passwords, login links, payment-card details or API keys.
For billing questions, include an invoice reference if available. We cannot promise an immediate response; urgent payment-card issues should also be raised with your payment provider.
Bugs and ideas
Use the feedback board for reproducible bugs and feature requests. Posts there may be public: remove personal information and secrets first.
