Version 2026-10-27. These terms govern use of Rule 107 and form an agreement between you and the operator below. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Operator and contact
Yukabyte ABSwedish aktiebolag (AB). Org. no. 559577-4729, VAT no. [SE559577472901]
[email protected]
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide an email you control when required, protect your sign-in credentials and keep account details accurate. Usernames may be pseudonyms, but must not impersonate others or infringe their rights. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy a paid plan, and where local law sets a higher age for consent to data processing, a parent or guardian must authorise your registration. You are responsible for activity you authorise on your account.
3. Using the service
Use the service lawfully and follow game/platform rules. Do not upload unlawful content, harass others, share secrets or other people's personal information without a lawful basis, bypass access limits, disrupt the service, exploit vulnerabilities or use the service to cheat. Telemetry and estimates are informational and are not intended for real-world vehicle operation or safety decisions.
4. Your content and public features
You retain your rights to telemetry, feedback and other material you submit. You give the operator permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service and the sharing features you use. Only submit material you have the right to use. Public feedback, rankings and shareable/live dashboards may be visible to other people; choose what you share carefully. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work.
Signed-in users can report a post or reply on the Requests & Bugs board. We may remove content, or temporarily or permanently restrict an account from writing there, when it breaks these terms. A restriction only affects writing posts and replies: you can still vote and use the rest of the service. Contact [email protected] to challenge a restriction.
5. Plans, payments and renewal
Test Driver is the free plan. Paid features, the billing interval, recurring price and applicable tax are shown before purchase in the Plans page and Stripe checkout. Monthly and yearly prices are separate subscriptions choices; advertised annual savings compare the annual price with twelve monthly payments. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Upgrading to a higher tier, or switching the same tier from monthly to yearly, starts a new billing cycle immediately. Stripe credits unused paid time and charges the full new cycle less that credit, subject to tax, rounding and any applicable discounts. The new full recurring price is due one new interval later. Review Stripe's confirmation before committing.
Lower-tier changes and same-tier yearly-to-monthly changes start at the existing period end. You keep the current plan until then, pay nothing for the downgrade today, and pay the full new recurring price at the next cycle. A confirmed scheduled change is shown on Plans. Changing to Test Driver cancels further renewal, with paid access continuing through the paid period.
Cancelling does not refund the current period: you keep paid access until it ends. The only credit is the unused time of your current plan when you upgrade immediately, applied to the new plan as described above.
Manage subscriptions through Plans and Stripe. Payment failures can restrict paid access. Trial, promotional and referral access is distinct from a paid subscription and does not itself authorise a charge.
6. Withdrawal, refunds and statutory remedies
Nothing here excludes a consumer's mandatory withdrawal, refund or conformity rights. EEA consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to the applicable rules for the type of service or digital content. Starting supply early may require an express request; loss of any withdrawal right requires the specific conditions and acknowledgements prescribed by law. The registration checkbox is not such a waiver.
To request withdrawal or a refund, contact [email protected] with your account or order reference and a clear statement. You may use: “I notify you that I withdraw from my contract for [service], ordered on [date], account [email], name/address [details], date [date].” Where a lawful proportional charge for service already supplied applies, we will explain it. Refunds and other remedies required by law remain available.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service useful, but maintenance, network issues and game updates can affect availability or data accuracy. Do not rely on this service as your only copy of important data. New prices do not retrospectively change a period already paid for.
Changes to these terms: we will tell you before material changes take effect, at least 30 days ahead, through a notice inside the service and, where appropriate, by email. The notice asks you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service, cancel any subscription and retire your account from your Profile before the changes take effect; paid access you have already paid for continues to the end of the period under the terms you bought it. If you keep using the service after the effective date, the new version applies to you, except where the law requires your express consent or gives you other rights. Changes that only correct errors or reflect a legal requirement can take effect sooner.
8. Suspension, termination and liability
We may restrict accounts for serious misuse, security incidents or legal requirements, acting proportionately and giving reasons where lawful. Contact us to challenge a restriction or request account closure. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.
You can retire your account yourself from the Danger zone at the bottom of your Profile by typing the confirmation phrase shown there. Retiring is permanent and cannot be undone: it cancels any active subscription, removes your username, email address, password, sign-in methods and paired devices, and signs you out everywhere. Your driving records, feedback posts and replies, and blog posts are kept without any link to you and appear as [Retired Driver]; they still count in aggregate totals and rankings. To obtain a copy of your data before retiring, email [email protected] from your registered address; we will verify it is really you before sending anything.
Each party is responsible under applicable law. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies. No clause here removes rights for fraud, deliberate misconduct or other non-excludable liability.
9. Privacy and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains processing of personal data. It is a notice, not blanket consent. Contact us first if something is wrong. You may also seek assistance from your national consumer authority or competent alternative dispute-resolution body. Mandatory protections of your habitual residence and rights to bring proceedings in a competent court are preserved.
